Diagnosis follows available evidence
Diagnostic conclusions are based on the symptoms, accessible systems and tests available at the time. Fault-code reading is one part of diagnosis and does not by itself prove that the named ECU, module or component is defective.
Quotes depend on the information supplied
Scope and price rely on accurate vehicle identity, symptoms, fault codes, module labels, communication status, previous work, modifications and location supplied by the customer or garage. A changed or incomplete job may require reassessment.
Compatibility must be checked
A matching plug or similar case does not prove that an original and donor module are compatible. Part numbers, hardware, software, manufacturer supersessions and available data may all affect the supported replacement route.
No programming result is guaranteed before assessment
Communication, physical condition, data quality, access method, stable power and vehicle-side requirements can affect cloning, coding and programming work. The proposed route and known risks are explained before work.
Authority over the vehicle
The customer or instructing garage must have authority over the vehicle and module. Proof of ownership or garage authority may be required for key, immobiliser, security-related or replacement-module work.
Roadworthiness and legal compliance
The vehicle must continue to meet applicable roadworthiness, emissions, MOT, insurance and security requirements. ECU Logic UK does not advertise unlawful road-use emissions bypass, illegal security bypass or mileage manipulation.
Mobile and service-area business
ECU Logic UK has no public workshop and customers do not visit the private operating address. The vehicle location, travel, required facilities and whether work is mobile, module-only, bench or garage-side are confirmed for each job.
Working and contact hours
Working/contact hours are Monday–Sunday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm. These hours do not guarantee immediate attendance, emergency response or same-day service.
